This is accomplished through the use of proprietary tools, including specialized software, structured training programs, proven processes, and access to final expense contracts.

All individuals visiting the site are considered “users” of the services described in this TOS. The services provided through our website, mobile platforms, and associated social media channels are wholly owned and managed by Guaranteed-Issued.

Rights Reserved by Guaranteed-Issued

Guaranteed-Issued retains the full right to:

• Introduce new services or products.
• Update, revise, or improve existing services and content.
• Discontinue any product or service at any time at its sole discretion.

This Agreement governs all new, updated, or discontinued services unless explicitly stated otherwise. General Information

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Guaranteed-Issued regarding the use of our services. This agreement supersedes all previous versions of the TOS.

Some services or third-party offerings may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be presented to you separately.

Choice of Law and Forum

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions must be brought exclusively in either:

• A court of competent jurisdiction located in Broward County, Florida, or
• Regular postal mail
• The United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

By using our services, you waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in these courts.

Waiver and Severability of Terms

If Guaranteed-Issued does not enforce any part of these Terms, it does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any others. If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent possible, preserving the intent of the original provision.

Statute of Limitations

You agree that any claim or legal action related to your use of Guaranteed-Issued’s services must be initiated within four (4) years of the event that gave rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period will be permanently barred.
